The Traditional Express cast iron soil product is an industry leading push fit soil system designed for a lifetime performance. The contemporary cast iron system provides the aesthetic appearance of traditional cast iron soil systems and is suitable for Listed properties and conservation projects.
The Traditional Express TX is a push-fit cast iron soil pipe system designed for above-ground soil and waste installations on period, listed, and conservation buildings. Unlike the traditional LCC socket-and-spigot system, TX pipes have no integral socket — they are double spigot sections that push into separate rubber-sealed push-fit sockets, eliminating the need for lead caulking. The system conforms to BS 416 Part 2 and BS EN 681-1.
The TX Double Spigot Pipe 1.5m–1.8m is a shorter pipe section for the Traditional Express push-fit cast iron soil system, for use where a full 3m length is impractical. Both ends are plain spigots with no integral socket. Available in 50mm x 1.5m (from £92.60 +VAT) and 100mm x 1.8m (from £136.00 +VAT). Pre-painted black gloss finish. Part code: TX4001a. The Ornamental Airbrick (OAB) is available in three sizes: 225mm × 75mm (2.8kg), 225mm × 150mm (4.1kg), and 225mm × 225mm (5.8kg). All sizes have a uniform depth of 75mm, making them consistent to install across a subfloor ventilation course.

The Brass Rooflight Pole Winder Opener 300mm is a screw-jack operated rooflight opener designed for manual control of timber-framed skylights and Lumen Rooflights. The 300mm fixed arm is suited to standard rooflight positions and is finished in polished brass.
The Polished Lacquered finish suits buildings where period ironwork was finished bright rather than painted — formal entrance elevations, listed properties, and settings where the grille contributes to the decorative programme of the facade. It is appropriate for conservation specifications and high-specification heritage new build.
