The Nouveau is a cast iron column radiator with a distinctive scrolled relief and Victoriana-inspired surface pattern, giving it a visual presence that most modern radiators cannot match. The decorative relief pattern transforms the Nouveau from a functional heating appliance into a room feature — it is as much a piece of period ironwork as it is a radiator. Particularly suited to Victorian, Edwardian, and Arts and Crafts interiors where original cast iron radiators would have been specified.
The 950mm height gives the Nouveau significant visual presence and heat output per section — a taller radiator suitable for rooms with higher ceilings or where a more substantial installation is required. Supplied in gunmetal primer finish, ready for painting in any specified colour. Maximum deliverable length is 10 sections; larger radiators can be built on site by joining sections.
Cast iron radiators heat rooms by radiation and convection from the high-mass iron sections, providing an even, comfortable warmth that is slow to cool and avoids the dry-air effect associated with forced-air heating systems.

The Pultney Tapered Hopper Head is well suited to Georgian and Regency townhouses, Victorian terraces, rural farmhouses, barns, and functional estate buildings where a plain, period-correct hopper is the appropriate specification. The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
Our brackets are more commonly used on cast iron rainwater systems. Unlike plastic, cast iron is heavy and the weight keeps the gutter in position. As such our brackets do not normally have retaining clips which could lead to plastic or lightweight gutters blowing out of the bracket. The profile of your gutter should match that of our bracket but without the weight to keep it in place you may well encounter problems in bad weather.
The Antique Black finish is cast iron with a blackened surface — the most historically accurate finish for cast iron ironwork and the most appropriate for the majority of heritage applications. Polished Lacquered is cast iron with a bright polished surface sealed with clear lacquer, suited to interiors and sheltered locations where polished ironwork is the specification. Polished Brass is solid polished brass throughout — the correct choice where existing building fittings are in brass or where a warm metal tone is required.
The Paxton H82 accepts round, square, and rectangular pipe connections. Round: 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm. Square: 75×75mm, 100×100mm, and 125×125mm. Rectangular: 100×75mm, 125×100mm, and 150×100mm. Yes. Cast iron rainwater goods are widely accepted by conservation officers and historic environment bodies as the appropriate material for listed buildings. Tuscan Foundry's hopper heads are manufactured in solid cast iron to BS 460 specification and are suitable for use on all listed building classes. A linseed oil paint finish is also available, which is particularly appropriate for conservation projects.
