The bossed LCC soil pipe is a 610mm length of cast iron soil pipe with one or more threaded BSPT bosses for small waste connections, such as basins, baths and overflows.
It lets several small wastes join the stack in a short section without separate branches. Choose the pipe size, the boss size and the number of bosses. To add a connection to an existing stack without cutting it, use a strap-on boss.
Sizes: 50mm (2″), 75mm (3″) and 100mm (4″) pipe; 1¼″, 1½″ and 2″ bosses.
Cast iron to BS 416-1:1990, supplied with a black bitumen coating as standard. Bitumen cannot be reliably overpainted; where the stack is to be painted, ask about our Traditional Express push-fit system.

Bespoke and copy cast iron rainwater goods typically have a lead time of 12 to 14 weeks from order confirmation. This covers pattern-making, casting, finishing, and quality inspection. Stock items are typically despatched within 5 to 7 working days, and non-stock standard profiles within 7 to 10 working days. We always recommend confirming lead times at enquiry stage so your project programme is not affected.
The H528 measures 760mm wide x 370mm deep x 565mm high, making it well suited to the largest properties in the range — substantial country houses, civic buildings and ecclesiastical projects.
The in-house Premier Extra coating is formulated for a life expectancy of around 10 years under normal weather conditions, provided any impact damage or surface scuffing is made good promptly. Coastal locations or higher pollution levels can shorten this, so it's worth asking your local stockist or paint manufacturer for site-specific advice.
The Brass Rooflight Hand Winder Opener – Telescopic is available in 150mm, 250mm, and 300mm sizes. The telescopic mechanism provides flexibility to accommodate varying rooflight positions and throw requirements. Throw: 165mm.

The Polished Brass finish suits buildings where brass metalwork was standard — formal Victorian terrace housing, civic and institutional buildings, and high-quality estate architecture. It is appropriate on listed buildings and conservation properties where the wider ironmongery specification is in brass and a matching material is required.
