H38 moulded cast iron gutter – H386501
The TFH38 is a large sand cast moulded cast iron gutter in the 150×125mm size. Pattern reference H386501, the TFH38 is a specialist conservation casting suited to buildings where this specific moulded profile is the original installed specification — typically large Victorian or Edwardian properties, civic buildings, churches, and industrial heritage sites where no standard stock profile provides a close enough match for a like-for-like conservation replacement.
Available in 150×125mm. As with all large sand cast profiles, the TFH38 is produced to order for specific conservation and restoration projects. Site surveys and profile samples may be appropriate before committing to an order to ensure the profile is a correct match for the surviving installation.

Yes. Cast iron rainwater goods are widely accepted by conservation officers and historic environment bodies as the appropriate material for listed buildings. A linseed oil paint finish is also available, which is particularly appropriate for conservation projects.
Yes. Cast iron airbricks are frequently specified for listed buildings and conservation area properties precisely because they replicate the material and pattern of the original Victorian and Edwardian ventilation grilles. Local conservation officers and building control typically accept like-for-like cast iron replacements without objection. We can provide product specifications and material datasheets to support applications.

The Ornamental Airbrick is suited to Victorian villas, bay-fronted terraces, Gothic Revival institutional buildings, church halls, and civic buildings where decorative ironwork is part of the architectural language. It is also appropriate for listed buildings and conservation area properties where the airbrick is on a prominent elevation and the ventilation grille is expected to carry decorative character.
The Iron Works Patterned Hit & Miss Vent suits Victorian and Edwardian buildings where decorative cast iron or brass ventilation grilles were part of the original specification — including terrace houses, civic buildings, churches, entrance halls, and estate properties. It is appropriate on listed buildings and conservation area properties as a like-for-like decorative vent replacement, and on new heritage-quality construction where period detailing is required.
