TFH10 – Large moulded cast iron guttering.
This large moulded cast iron rainwater system is suitable for larger
buildings and industrial and railway heritage projects, and is available in
the following sizes:
125 x 100mm
190 x 114mm
200 x 150mm
250 x 180mm
The TFH10 is a large sand cast moulded ogee gutter suited to substantial Victorian and Edwardian buildings with large roof areas requiring a higher-capacity ogee-profile system than standard stock profiles can provide. The moulded ogee cross-section provides the characteristic decorative S-curve face familiar from period architecture, in a larger section depth appropriate for country houses, civic buildings, churches, schools, and institutional heritage properties.
Available in three sizes: 150×100mm, 175×100mm, and 200×100mm. This range of sizes allows the TFH10 to be matched to a wide range of large building types and roof catchment areas. Sand cast iron, manufactured to BS 460:2002. Supplied in grey primer or black painted finish.
Fittings, angles, stop ends, outlets, and brackets to match are available. As a sand cast bespoke profile, lead times are typically 8–10 weeks. Contact Tuscan Foundry Products to discuss sizing, fittings, and project requirements before ordering.
Suitable for: Country houses, civic buildings, churches, institutional and heritage buildings with large roof areas. Call for price: 0333 987 4452.

Polished chrome has a bright mirror finish, while satin chrome has a brushed, low-sheen appearance. Both are available in the telescopic hand winder range. The finish choice typically depends on the ironmongery specification for the project.
The Ornamental Airbrick is most appropriate on Victorian Gothic buildings — churches, chapels, vicarages, almshouses, collegiate buildings, and high-specification estate architecture — where decorative ironwork was part of the original design. It suits listed building replacements in kind and heritage new build where period accuracy in detailing is expected.
The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
The satin chrome telescopic rooflight hand winder is well suited to contemporary and transitional interiors where a brushed chrome finish complements modern or minimal ironmongery. It is compatible with Lumen Rooflights and timber-framed skylights.
The School Board Airbrick suits Victorian and Edwardian institutional, civic, and residential buildings where the square-grid airbrick pattern was standard — including school buildings, civic halls, estate housing, terrace houses, and warehouses. It is also appropriate on listed buildings and conservation area properties as a like-for-like replacement for worn square-grid cast iron vents.
The H1A is available with round pipe connections in 65mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm diameters. Please specify your required connection size when ordering, as this determines the SKU. If you are unsure of the correct pipe size for your project, our team can advise — call 0333 987 4452.
We do offer a range of Ogee patterned gutters in both straight and radius profiles. The straight profiles are much more common and as such cost less.
Yes. Cast iron is the material required by most conservation officers and listed building consents for the replacement or replication of traditional rainwater goods. Our hopper heads are produced in solid cast iron and we can assist with specification notes or material statements for planning purposes if required.
Available in two sizes: 225mm x 82mm (single airbrick course height) and 225mm x 150mm (double course height). Both sizes fit standard brick coursing positions and install flush into the wall face.
