TFH14 – Large moulded cast iron guttering.
This large moulded cast iron rainwater system is suitable for larger
buildings and industrial and railway heritage projects, and is available in
the following sizes:
125 x 115mm
150 c 100mm
150 x 115mm
The TFH14 is a large sand cast moulded cast iron gutter in the 150×100mm size, suited to larger buildings and heritage projects where the roof area and drainage load demand a profile beyond standard stock dimensions. The moulded cross-section provides a traditional shaped face appropriate for Victorian and Edwardian architecture of scale — country houses, civic buildings, churches, schools, and large institutional properties.
Available in 150×100mm. The TFH14 is typically specified for projects where a larger moulded profile is required to match an existing installation, or where a standard 125mm moulded ogee is insufficient for the calculated drainage load.
Sand cast iron, manufactured to BS 460:2002. Supplied in grey primer or black painted finish. Lead times are typically 8–10 weeks. Contact Tuscan Foundry Products to discuss your project requirements.
Suitable for: Large period properties, civic buildings, churches, institutional architecture, railway and industrial heritage. Call for price: 0333 987 4452.

Yes. Cast iron is the material required by most conservation officers and listed building consents for the replacement or replication of traditional rainwater goods. Our hopper heads are produced in solid cast iron and we can assist with specification notes or material statements for planning purposes if required.
For rooflights directly above a worktop or sink, a telescopic screw-jack hand winder is the most practical choice. Available in polished brass, satin chrome, and polished chrome, these openers allow controlled ventilation from a fixed handle position without requiring a pole. The 150mm or 250mm size is typically appropriate for standard-height kitchen rooflights.
A corner hopper head collects rainwater from two gutters running at right angles and channels it into a single downpipe. They are typically required at internal roof valleys, on hipped roofs, and wherever two runs of gutter converge at a corner. The Regent H1A is designed specifically for this application and is sized to suit the most common gutter profiles.

A hit and miss vent has a sliding plate on the back of the grille that can be opened, partially restricted, or closed entirely without removing the vent from the wall. This allows airflow to be controlled from inside the building, making it suitable for underfloor void ventilation and through-wall ventilation where adjustable airflow is needed.

The School Board Airbrick is suited to Victorian and Edwardian terraced housing, mid-century school buildings, civic halls, public baths, and converted institutional buildings. Its plain square-grid face matches the utilitarian aesthetic of late-Victorian construction and is also appropriate for new heritage-style builds in conservation areas.
The Pultney Tapered Hopper Head is available in three pipe connection sizes: 65mm (2.5"), 75mm (3"), and 100mm (4"). Each size connects directly to matching cast iron downpipes via spigot and socket. Compatible downpipe codes are: 65mm — RH025, XRH025; 75mm — RH03, XRH03; 100mm — RH04, XRH04.
