Cast iron offset for 75mm x 75mm and 100mm x 100mm square downpipes, 56mm to 610mm projection, eared or un-eared, in primer or black painted finish.
UK delivery from £30. Fittings are despatched boxed. See delivery rates.
The Square Pipe Offset steps a cast iron square downpipe in or out where the wall face changes plane, keeping the pipe vertical above and below the step. Square offsets have no front or side handing, so one fitting serves both situations.
Offsets are made as a single casting with two bends and a straight between them, giving projections from 56mm to 610mm. The head carries the moulded socket band, available eared with integral fixing ears, or un-eared for runs fixed with holderbats or earbands.
Offsets take square downpipes around plinths, string courses, cornices, window sills and projecting bays, and are essential on older buildings where the wall face is rarely in one plane from eaves to ground.
All fittings in our square range are cast iron to BS 460:2002, made to the same moulded profile so pipes and fittings line up neatly on the elevation. Every fitting is supplied either in primer, ready for painting on site, or in factory black. For listed buildings and conservation areas we also offer hand-applied linseed oil paint in heritage colours, which stays breathable and flexible and is straightforward to maintain. Stocked items are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days; allow around 6 to 7 weeks where a linseed oil finish is specified.
Square pipe sizes: 75mm x 75mm (3″ x 3″) and 100mm x 100mm (4″ x 4″).
Suitable for listed buildings, conservation areas and heritage restoration. For specification support or a project quotation, call 0333 987 4452.

The Gothic foliate tracery design of the Ornamental Airbrick provides a good free-flow ventilation area relative to its face size. The open area is comparable to other standard cast iron airbrick patterns. The visual density of the pattern at a distance reads as solid ironwork, which suits formal and decorative elevations without compromising subfloor ventilation effectiveness.

The satin chrome telescopic rooflight hand winder is well suited to contemporary and transitional interiors where a brushed chrome finish complements modern or minimal ironmongery. It is compatible with Lumen Rooflights and timber-framed skylights.
Yes. The Louvre Airbrick is dimensioned to standard brick course openings and is suitable for direct replacement of worn, broken, or missing original cast iron louvre grilles. If you are unsure of the size required, measure the opening in the brickwork rather than the existing damaged grille.
Georgian properties typically used Half Round or ogee-style guttering, often in larger sizes to handle the roof areas of substantial period buildings. Large sand cast gutter profiles are appropriate for grander Georgian architecture, particularly country houses, institutions, and formal terraces. If the original guttering has been lost or damaged, a site survey can establish the most appropriate profile from the building
The Calnethorpe is designed for formal classical and Georgian elevations where scale and material authenticity matter — large townhouses, country houses, manor houses, and institutional buildings. It is also widely specified for new-build heritage projects where cast iron rainwater goods are required to conservation standard.
The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
Our cast iron hopper heads are available with 65mm, 75mm and 100mm round outlets, 75mm, 100mm and 125mm square outlets, and 100x75mm, 125x100mm and 150x125mm rectangular outlets, to match the downpipe already on site or specified for the project.
A pole winder opener has a fixed-length arm, making it suited to standard rooflight positions with a consistent throw. A telescopic opener has an adjustable shaft, allowing it to accommodate varying rooflight positions and throw requirements. For guidance on which suits your project, call 0333 987 4452.
