The Rectangular Pipe Shoe Side Plain is a side-discharge termination fitting for a cast iron rectangular downpipe run without integral ears, directing water flow sideways from the base of the pipe towards a laterally positioned drain or gully. The plain version connects using separate holderbats or wall brackets. Used where the drainage layout requires a side discharge and a plain-ended termination is preferred.

In most cases, replacing like-for-like cast iron guttering on a listed building does not require Listed Building Consent (LBC), provided the replacement matches the existing profile, material, and finish exactly. However, any change of material away from cast iron will almost always require consent. A corner hopper head collects rainwater from two gutters running at right angles and channels it into a single downpipe. They are typically required at internal roof valleys, on hipped roofs, and wherever two runs of gutter converge at a corner. The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
