The Rectangular Pipe Offset Side steps a cast iron rectangular downpipe sideways along the wall, through the narrow face of the pipe, to clear a window, opening or feature while keeping the pipe tight to the wall.
Side offsets are handed. Choose left hand or right hand according to the direction the pipe steps as you face the wall from outside. Each is made as a single casting with two 112.5° bends and a straight between them, giving offsets from 56mm to 610mm. The head carries the moulded socket band, available eared with integral fixing ears, or un-eared for runs fixed with holderbats or earbands.
Where the pipe needs to step outwards from the wall rather than sideways, use the Rectangular Pipe Offset Front.
All fittings in our rectangular range are cast iron to BS 460:2002, made to the same moulded profile so pipes and fittings line up neatly on the elevation. Every fitting is supplied either in primer, ready for painting on site, or in factory black. For listed buildings and conservation areas we also offer hand-applied linseed oil paint in heritage colours, which stays breathable and flexible and is straightforward to maintain. Stocked items are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days; allow around 6 to 7 weeks where a linseed oil finish is specified.

The Strayton H42A accepts round, square, and rectangular pipe connections. Round: 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm. Square: 75×75mm, 100×100mm, and 125×125mm. Rectangular: 100×75mm, 125×100mm, and 150×100mm. Please specify your required connection size when ordering.
In most cases, replacing like-for-like cast iron guttering on a listed building does not require Listed Building Consent (LBC), provided the replacement matches the existing profile, material, and finish exactly. However, any change of material away from cast iron will almost always require consent. We recommend consulting your local conservation officer before proceeding, and we can provide specification documentation to support your application if required.
The Brass Rooflight Pole Winder Opener 300mm is a screw-jack operated rooflight opener designed for manual control of timber-framed skylights and Lumen Rooflights. The 300mm fixed arm is suited to standard rooflight positions and is finished in polished brass.
