A genuine cast iron rainwater system with the traditional ogee (OG) curved pattern.
The cast iron ogee gutter nozzle outlet connects the gutter run to the downpipe, forming the transition between horizontal drainage and the vertical pipe drop. The nozzle outlet maintains the ogee profile at the outlet point, preserving the visual character of the installation — the correct detail on Georgian and Victorian period buildings where the ogee was the standard builder specification.
Manufactured in solid cast iron to BS 460:2002 and available in the three standard ogee sizes: 100mm (4″), 115mm (4.5″), and 125mm (5″). Supplied in primed or factory black finish. Connects to a standard round cast iron downpipe at the base.
Specified on listed buildings and heritage restoration projects across England and Wales where the cast iron ogee is the historically correct profile. Accepted by conservation officers as the appropriate fitting for period rainwater systems.

The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
Yes. Cast iron rainwater goods are widely accepted by conservation officers and historic environment bodies as the appropriate material for listed buildings. Tuscan Foundry's hopper heads are manufactured in solid cast iron to BS 460 specification and are suitable for all listed building grades. A linseed oil paint finish is also available, which is particularly appropriate for conservation projects.

The Antique Black finish is cast iron with a blackened surface — the most historically accurate finish for cast iron ironwork and the most appropriate for the majority of heritage applications. Polished Lacquered is cast iron with a bright polished surface sealed with clear lacquer, suited to interiors and sheltered locations where polished ironwork is the specification. Polished Brass is solid polished brass throughout — the correct choice where existing building fittings are in brass or where a warm metal tone is required.
Yes. Churches and ecclesiastical buildings are one of our most common project types. We regularly supply large sand cast gutters, rectangular and square downpipes, and bespoke hopper heads for church restorations. Many churches have non-standard profiles that require copy casting. The Paxton H82 accepts round, square, and rectangular pipe connections. Round: 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm. Square: 75×75mm, 100×100mm, and 125×125mm. Rectangular: 100×75mm, 125×100mm, and 150×100mm. Bespoke adaptations including double pipe connections are also available on request. Please confirm your required connection type when ordering.
Half round gutter has a simple semicircular profile and is the most widely used pattern across all building types and periods. Ogee (OG) gutter has an S-shaped decorative profile, historically associated with Victorian and Edwardian properties. Moulded ogee profiles, such as the G46 and Regent No.16, have a more elaborate cross-section with additional mouldings and are typically found on larger or more architecturally significant buildings. The correct choice depends on what is already present on the building and any requirements set by a conservation officer.
