Weiser Heritage Consultancy

Weiser Heritage Consultancy provides heritage planning advice for listed buildings, properties in conservation areas, sites next to heritage assets and scheduled monuments. It is led by a heritage planning consultant with a background in building conservation and interior architecture, and mainly serves clients in the East of England. Services include heritage impact assessments, early feasibility reviews, heritage statements, input on architectural design and materials, listed building consent applications and advice on new development in historic settings. The consultancy works with homeowners, architects, contractors, developers and those responsible for historic buildings, either directly or as the heritage lead within a wider team. Initial phone consultations are offered free of charge.
