RMA Heritage

RMA Heritage is a small, independent historic environment consultancy based in Hampshire. It advises on conservation, planning, design and landscape matters affecting historic buildings and places, working for private, public and voluntary sector clients. Most of its work is in London, the South East and the South West. The practice has handled complex development proposals in historic settings and its project categories cover commercial schemes, regeneration, residential work in London and the regions, public buildings, landscape and planning appeals. For owners and developers, this typically means support in understanding the significance of a site and in shaping and justifying proposals through the planning and consent process. The consultancy aims to help historic places remain in active use while their character is protected.
