Lathams
Lathams is an architecture and urban design practice with offices in Nottingham, Derby and London. Its work focuses on contextual design informed by evidence, and much of it takes place in sensitive or challenging settings, including historic areas. The practice brings together architecture, planning, urban design, conservation, regeneration and landscape skills in small multi-disciplinary teams, and helps clients secure planning permission and deliver schemes. It also develops strategies to bring underused historic and other assets back into sustainable use. Featured projects include conservation repairs and stabilisation at Leah’s Yard in Sheffield, new homes on a sloping site at Castle Donington, a new learning space at Wicksteed Park and a one-off house named Stanton House.
