High-Tech Services is a consultancy of chartered surveyors, consulting engineers and historic building consultants based at the naval base in Devonport, Plymouth. Its work spans building surveying, structural and civil engineering, geotechnical investigation and multi-disciplinary design management, with historic buildings listed as one of its core areas. For older and listed structures the practice carries out conservation surveys, structural appraisals and investigations, alongside technical appraisals and inspections of bridges, masts and towers. The firm began by serving defence, NHS and telecommunications clients and now takes on public and private sector projects of varying size. It covers southern England, including Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, and also works for national and international clients.
