Heritage Vision Ltd

Heritage Vision is a planning consultancy based in Beer, east Devon, that combines planning expertise with building design and conservation skills. It concentrates on schemes affecting listed buildings and conservation areas. Services run through the whole design and planning process, including design work, surveys, historical research, heritage and planning statements, preparation and submission of applications, and support after approval. Clients range from individual homeowners making changes to their own property to commercial developers with larger schemes. The consultancy aims to set realistic expectations from the outset by assessing the planning context carefully and keeping constructive relationships with local planning authority officers. It suits owners and developers who want one adviser to take a historic building project from initial idea through to consent.
