Fourem

Fourem, the trading name of Form Four Limited, is an architecture and conservation practice at Sidney Place, Cork, directed by John Hegarty. Its work focuses on Irish towns and cities, particularly in Munster. Services cover architecture, conservation, restoration, urban design, landscaping, interiors and written reports, alongside consultancy on protected structures and protected urban landscapes, including feasibility, impact assessment, regeneration and planning. The practice works on houses, small buildings, larger residential schemes and commercial projects, often pairing the conservation of an existing building with new intervention. Restoration work places weight on historic and cultural accuracy, and the practice also studies and catalogues historic architectural detail and reinterprets historic streets and town spaces. Its reports draw on conservation, architectural and landscape expertise for clients dealing with older fabric in an urban setting.
