Premiere LCC Soil Range provides a comprehensive offering of traditional socket and spigot pipes and fittings for soil and waste installations on the external facade of buildings.
UK delivery from £30. Fittings are despatched boxed. See delivery rates.
The LCC soil holdfast is the traditional fixing for plain cast iron soil pipe: a spike driven or built into a mortar joint, with a collar that holds the pipe clear of the wall.
Fix a holdfast below the socket of each length so the joint is supported. Because the spike goes into the mortar rather than the face of the brick or stone, it avoids drilling historic masonry and can often reuse existing holdfast positions.
Specify holdfasts for plain soil stacks on stone and brick buildings, particularly where historic holdfasts survive and the brief is like-for-like replacement. Screw-to-wall and build-in holderbats are also available where a holdfast is not suitable.
Sizes: 50mm (2″), 65mm (2½″), 75mm (3″), 90mm (3½″), 100mm (4″) and 150mm (6″).
Part of our Traditional LCC soil system to BS 416-1:1990, finished in black to match the pipework.
