Gutter bracket for the H16 moulded gutter

The H16 gutter bracket provides a top-fix rafter support for the Regent No.16 moulded ogee gutter, mounting to the top surface of the rafter for open eaves construction or where no fascia board is present. The bracket cup is shaped specifically for the H16 moulded cross-section and provides a secure fixed support at the correct height.
Suited to open eaves and cut-roof construction on the large Victorian and Edwardian properties, country houses, and civic buildings where the H16 No.16 pattern is commonly found — building types where exposed rafter feet are often a feature of the original design. Yes. Cast iron hopper heads are the historically correct choice for listed and period buildings, and a like-for-like cast iron replacement is generally accepted without objection by conservation officers. We manufacture to BS 460 for genuine heritage character and durability.

Yes. Cast iron ornamental vents in period patterns are frequently specified on listed buildings and conservation area properties as like-for-like replacements for original Victorian ironwork. Conservation officers generally accept cast iron in period patterns without objection. We can supply specifications to support planning and listed building consent applications.
The Cast Iron Louvre Airbrick suits Victorian and Edwardian terraced housing, semi-detached properties, public houses, agricultural buildings, and workshop structures where the original airbrick was a louvre-face grille. The horizontal fin profile is widely found in British domestic and light industrial construction from the 1870s through to the 1950s.
The H527 measures 430mm wide x 195mm deep x 540mm high, making it well suited to Victorian villas and townhouses where a decorative leader head is wanted.
