Gutter bracket for the H16 moulded gutter
The H16 gutter bracket provides a top-fix rafter support for the Regent No.16 moulded ogee gutter, mounting to the top surface of the rafter for open eaves construction or where no fascia board is present. The bracket cup is shaped specifically for the H16 moulded cross-section and provides a secure fixed support at the correct height.
Suited to open eaves and cut-roof construction on the large Victorian and Edwardian properties, country houses, and civic buildings where the H16 No.16 pattern is commonly found — building types where exposed rafter feet are often a feature of the original design. The Ornamental Airbrick is suited to Victorian villas, bay-fronted terraces, Gothic Revival institutional buildings, church halls, and civic buildings where decorative ironwork is part of the architectural language. It is also appropriate for listed buildings and conservation area properties where the airbrick is on a prominent elevation and the ventilation grille is expected to carry decorative character.
The H460 accepts round pipe connections in 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm diameters. Square pipe connections are available in 75×75mm, 100×100mm, and 125×125mm. Rectangular connections include 100×75mm, 125×100mm, and 150×100mm options. Connection type is selected at the point of order.

As well as being easier to produce, the material enabled eaves gutters to be installed more simply, since lead could only be used in this location as a lining for timber gutters. Many modern materials focus on replicating the appearance of cast iron but those materials can vary rarely offer any of the benefits.
