Spencer Hall Historic Building Conservation

Spencer Hall Historic Building Conservation is a Salisbury-based practice formed in 2020 by Spencer Hall after some 25 years in the heritage sector. It provides conservation condition reports, heritage statements, building pathology assessments, defect schedules, technical specifications and support with Listed Building Consent applications, together with project management, specialist statuary conservation and specialist contracting. Its clients include conservation architects, trusts and heritage bodies such as English Heritage and the National Trust, with work ranging from traditional residential projects to large schemes. A previous project listed is the Café Royal in London, undertaken as director and contracts manager for another conservation firm.
