Sash Restoration London

Sash Restoration London, part of The Barnsbury Group established in 1980, repairs and restores timber sash windows in period and listed homes across London. Work includes full overhauls with cords, weights, pulleys and beads, splicing rotten timber to match profiles, draught-proofing, slimline double glazing, and replacement sashes made to the original profile by the group’s joinery studio. It also restores casements, shutters and Victorian and Georgian doors, and offers period finishes and like-for-like glass including crown and cylinder glass and stained glass encapsulation. The firm works in conservation areas, Article 4 streets and listed buildings, advises on consent and can prepare application drawings.
