NRD Sash Windows

NRD Sash Windows is a carpentry-led firm restoring, repairing and renovating heritage timber sash windows across Worcestershire, Gloucester and the surrounding area. Work ranges from cosmetic touch-ups to full frame rebuilds, including dismantling and restoring original sashes, sill repair, reglazing, timber renewal and conservation-compliant finishes. It also repairs rattling, sticking and rotten sashes and failed cords, installs discreet draught-proofing, improves security and, where suitable, adds double glazing within the original sashes. The business works only in timber, never PVC, and states that it follows listed building and conservation area guidelines. Each project starts with a site visit and a tailored restoration plan using traditional methods and high-grade timber. The team is led by Nick.
