Landmark Windows is a family-run joinery workshop at Waltham Abbey, led by Steve and his sons Tom and Ben, with more than thirty-five years’ experience of timber sash windows and doors for period and listed properties. Everything is made in-house in Accoya or sustainably sourced sapele, never softwood, with spray finishing and glazing under one roof. Windows are made to conservation requirements with heritage double glazing and discreet draught-proofing, and original sashes and boxes can be restored rather than replaced. Around 80 per cent of production goes to the trade, products carry a ten-year guarantee, and the firm has its own surveyors and installers.
