Halzac Design Ltd

Halzac Design Ltd is an architectural design company based in Wiltshire and the Cotswolds, working mainly on residential projects. It also works in Berkshire, Surrey, Dorset and Hampshire. Services include bespoke homes and small developments, extensions and alterations, and builders’ drawings. The firm handles tendering and contract administration, acts as principal designer, and works closely with timber frame companies. Its heritage-related work is preparing drawings for planning, conservation and listed building applications, and acting as agent for planning and building regulation submissions. Heritage work is one service among several rather than the core of the practice.
