Gould Architects

Gould Architects is a small Bath practice working on extensions and new homes, listed buildings and conservation, and sustainable retrofit. It advises on adapting and conserving listed buildings and on working within conservation areas, guiding clients through design, planning and construction. Principal Melanie Gould is an RIBA Chartered Conservation Architect with more than 25 years in practice, much of it on listed buildings where contemporary design meets the historic environment. Before setting up the practice she worked for architectural practices across the South West, gaining experience in building conservation and in retrofitting traditional buildings.
