Exactum Ltd is a Worcester-based firm providing rebuild cost assessments for residential and commercial properties across the UK, including listed buildings. An assessment gives owners an independent reinstatement figure to check against the sum insured on their buildings insurance. For historic properties this matters: traditional materials, specialist trades and conservation requirements can make rebuilding considerably more expensive than standard per-square-metre estimates suggest. Desktop assessments and site surveys are both offered, depending on the property and the information required.
Suitable for: owners of listed and period buildings reviewing the rebuild figure used for their buildings insurance.
Services: rebuild cost assessments; desktop assessments; site surveys; residential and commercial properties.
Coverage: UK-wide, based in Worcester.
