HISTORIC BUILDING CONSERVATION CONSULTANCY: A conservationbased philosophy is adopted with a sympathetic approach to the care and repair of historic buildings, aided by the use of traditional working methods and materials. Sensitive design for alterations and refurbishment, including new build where appropriate. A full range of professional services is provided including pre-purchase condition surveys, heritage appraisals, repair schedules, measured surveys, construction drawings, specification and monitoring of building works, local authority approvals. The senior partner, Andrew Hayes, is a RICS building conservation accredited chartered building surveyor. He holds the RICS postgraduate diploma in building conservation and is a member of SPAB and the IHBC.
