Churchgate Heritage

Churchgate Heritage carries out repairs to traditional and listed properties across West Sussex, with the aim of preserving the historic character of each building while keeping it fit for modern use. The firm’s stated approach is to repair and retain original materials wherever possible, and where replacement cannot be avoided, to make sure new work matches the existing fabric. Typical work described includes repairs to historic windows, restoration of historic plasterwork and the rebuilding of brick chimneys. The business works mainly for private owners of period homes and keeps a portfolio of completed projects. It is based near Billingshurst and offers advice to owners who want to look after a listed or traditional property.
