b2 architects

b2 architects (benjamin+beauchamp architects) is a practice established in 2007 and based in a converted shop in Wedmore, Somerset, working on the adaptation, care and repair of historic buildings, from monuments and churches to houses and landscapes. The team includes RIBA Specialist Conservation Architects and AABC-accredited architects approved by the Dioceses of Bath and Wells, Bristol, Exeter and Salisbury, and appointed to churches across the South West. Its roofing, masonry and plaster repairs at Blandford Forum church won the King of Prussia Gold Medal, and work at the Grade II* church of St Laurence, East Harptree, covered masonry, lead roofing and conservation of bells, stained glass and decorative paint. Other projects include phased repairs to Holy Trinity, Blackford, and Winsford Cottage Hospital. Services include surveys, inspections, repair strategies, decarbonisation and grant-funded work.
