The ORL-SRRF is a bespoke side rafter-mounted rise and fall gutter bracket, designed and manufactured to suit the Osma Roofline half-round PVC guttering system. Where there is no fascia board, or where the rafter foot is the preferred fixing point, the side rafter bracket provides a secure and adjustable support for the gutter run.
The bracket features a galvanised steel rafter arm with pre-drilled fixing holes for direct attachment to the side face of a rafter or verge board, combined with a threaded steel riser column and a bow-and-pin gutter cup in black or grey. The adjustable riser allows fall to be set accurately along the gutter run regardless of the rafter pitch or line. Compatible with the Osma Roofline 6T694 system, and designed as a direct alternative to the Osma OT148G side rafter arm.
Suited to open eaves construction, roof structures without a continuous fascia, and situations where rafter-face fixing is structurally preferable. Used on both new-build and refurbishment projects using the Osma Roofline guttering system.

The Strayton H42A is available in four widths: 305mm (12"), 355mm (14"), 457mm (18"), and 610mm (24"). As a general guide, wider hoppers suit larger roof areas and heavier rainfall zones. A hit and miss vent has a sliding plate on the reverse of the grille that can be moved to open or close the ventilation apertures. This allows airflow to be regulated without removing or replacing the grille. The vent can be fully open, partially open, or fully closed depending on ventilation requirements.
In most cases, replacing like-for-like cast iron guttering on a listed building does not require Listed Building Consent (LBC), provided the replacement matches the existing profile, material, and finish exactly. However, any change of material away from cast iron will almost always require consent. We recommend consulting your local conservation officer before proceeding, and we can provide specification documentation to support your application if required.
Bespoke and copy cast iron rainwater goods typically have a lead time of 12 to 14 weeks from order confirmation. This covers pattern-making, casting, finishing, and quality inspection. Stock items are typically despatched within 5 to 7 working days, and non-stock standard profiles within 7 to 10 working days. Yes. All our mild steel brackets are supplied in either silver or black zinc plate. This coating protects the metal however, both will need painting prior to installation.
We have chosen to use zinc plating for two reasons; firstly that it is a more environmentally friendly than galvanising and secondly that it does not block up the threaded part of the rise and fall cups in the way that galvanising does.
Yes. Tuscan Foundry Products cast iron rainwater goods are manufactured to BS 460:2002, the British Standard specification for cast iron rainwater goods. BS 460 compliance is often required by conservation officers and heritage bodies when specifying rainwater systems for listed buildings and conservation area properties.
