The OSQ-TRRF is a bespoke top rafter-mounted rise and fall gutter bracket, manufactured to suit the Osma Squareline square-profile PVC guttering system. The top rafter bracket is the correct solution where the fixing needs to be made to the top surface of a rafter — on open eaves constructions, cut roofs, or where top-fixing is structurally preferred over fascia or side-rafter options.
The bracket features a right-angled galvanised steel rafter plate for top-surface fixing, combined with a threaded steel riser column and a square-profile gutter cup compatible with the Squareline system. The adjustable riser allows fall to be set accurately at each bracket position. Available in black or grey riser cup options.
Used on open eaves and cut roof constructions with Osma Squareline guttering, and on refurbishment projects where the roof structure determines the fixing approach. Suits both residential and light commercial applications.
Manufactured to order in black or grey. Lead time 10–14 working days from order confirmation.

Linseed oil paint is the most appropriate finish for cast iron guttering on listed and historic buildings. It is breathable, flexible, and penetrating — qualities that suit the movement characteristics of cast iron through seasonal temperature changes. Tuscan Foundry Products offers a curated range of heritage linseed oil colours. For modern applications, a high-quality exterior oil-based paint system over a metal primer is also acceptable.
The standards for our cast iron gutters and pipes have remained remarkably constant for many years. The physical properties of cast iron are sustained throughout its lifetime thus maintaining its effectiveness. Coupled with is durability and proper maintenance, we would expect our traditional cast iron rainwater products to last for over 50 years under normal conditions.
Prices are shown on each product page for both sizes and all three finishes. For project quantities, specification support, or conservation enquiries, call us on 0333 987 4452 or use the contact form on our website.
Yes. Cast iron airbricks are frequently specified for listed buildings and conservation area properties precisely because they replicate the material and pattern of the original Victorian and Edwardian ventilation grilles. Local conservation officers and building control typically accept like-for-like cast iron replacements without objection. We can provide product specifications and material datasheets to support applications.
