Osma Squareline top rafter rise and fall adjustable gutter bracket. Our bespoke top rafter rise and fall gutter bracket is designed to suit the Osma Squareline system and is available with black, white, and brown riser cups.
Osma Squareline guttering bracket, adjustable rise and fall, top rafter
Bespoke made – 10 – 14 days.
The OSQ-TRRF is a bespoke top rafter-mounted rise and fall gutter bracket, manufactured to suit the Osma Squareline square-profile PVC guttering system. The top rafter bracket is the correct solution where the fixing needs to be made to the top surface of a rafter — on open eaves constructions, cut roofs, or where top-fixing is structurally preferred over fascia or side-rafter options.
The bracket features a right-angled galvanised steel rafter plate for top-surface fixing, combined with a threaded steel riser column and a square-profile gutter cup compatible with the Squareline system. The adjustable riser allows fall to be set accurately at each bracket position. Available in black or grey riser cup options.
Used on open eaves and cut roof constructions with Osma Squareline guttering, and on refurbishment projects where the roof structure determines the fixing approach. Suits both residential and light commercial applications.
Manufactured to order in black or grey. Lead time 10–14 working days from order confirmation.
System compatibility: Osma Squareline square-profile PVC guttering system. For specification queries, call 0333 987 4452.

The School Board Airbrick is suited to Victorian and Edwardian terraced housing, mid-century school buildings, civic halls, public baths, and converted institutional buildings. Yes. Cast iron hopper heads are the historically appropriate choice for listed buildings, and are generally preferred by conservation officers and local planning authorities over modern plastic alternatives. Tuscan Foundry cast iron hopper heads are manufactured in solid grey iron and are suitable for use on listed buildings and within conservation areas. A linseed oil finish is also available, which is particularly appropriate for sensitive heritage projects.
Yes. Our telescopic screw-jack openers and pole-operated handles are compatible with Lumen Rooflight systems. They are also suitable for use with other timber-framed rooflights and skylights fitted with appropriate catches or stays. If you are unsure of compatibility, call us on 0333 987 4452 and we can advise.
The School Board Airbrick suits Victorian and Edwardian institutional, civic, and residential buildings where the square-grid airbrick pattern was standard — including school buildings, civic halls, estate housing, terrace houses, and warehouses. It is also appropriate on listed buildings and conservation area properties as a like-for-like replacement for worn square-grid cast iron vents.
The School Board Airbrick (F020801AFC) is available in three standard sizes: 225mm × 75mm, 225mm × 150mm, and 225mm × 225mm. These correspond to one-, two-, and three-brick-course heights and allow ventilation requirements to be met across a range of subfloor and wall opening sizes.
