The British Property Federation now operates as Real Estate:UK, launched on 1 May 2026 through the coming together of three property trade associations. It is the collective voice of UK real estate, bringing together more than 500 member organisations — investors, developers, owners, lenders, advisers and operators — to shape policy, attract investment and support the sector. It works with local, regional and national government and with regulators, publishes research, briefings, market data and consultation responses, and runs events and networking programmes, with the wider group including Real Estate:Scotland.
