South East Conservation
South East Conservation is a family-run restoration business based at Five Oak Green near Tonbridge, Kent, with more than ten years’ experience of specialist construction and traditional techniques on period property. Managed by Nicolae, the small team undertakes the repair work typical of conservation buildings: removal of inappropriate external paint, masonry restoration, lime plastering inside and out, wattle and daub, soft blasting of beams, encaustic tiling and sash window repair. It also lays limecrete floors as a breathable alternative to concrete, finished rough for tiling or polished and sealed. Recent projects include a Victorian house and a church restoration.
