Meridian Stained Glass
Meridian Stained Glass is a studio at Station Yard, St Asaph, that conserves, restores and makes stained glass, much of it for churches. It states that it has repaired glass from the medieval period to the late Victorian era, including work by Heaton, Butler and Bayne, Clayton and Bell, Harry Clarke, Henry Holiday, Kempe and Christopher Whall. All its conservation techniques are reversible, and it works closely with architects and Diocesan Advisory Committees. Projects include conserving a Wilhelmina Geddes window from Holy Trinity, Southport, a William Wailes east window and windows at St Alphege’s, Solihull. Its new work includes windows for the Carmelite Monastery in Allerton, Oswestry School Chapel and St Paul’s, Dosthill.
