Le Breton Traditional

Le Breton Traditional is a Devon practice near Exeter that combines stained glass with traditional building crafts. The glass work covers leaded glazing, kiln-fired vitreous painting, enamelling and silver staining, for new commissions and for sympathetic repair and matching of existing panels. The building side specialises in lime plastering, cob renovation and stonework, with wider knowledge of carpentry and glazing, and includes advising clients as well as carrying out repairs. The proprietor has a particular interest in diagnosing damp. The practice states that it is a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. It also runs stained glass and traditional building courses and teaches at Exeter College School of Art.
