Keay Roofing & Maintenance Services

Keay Roofing & Maintenance Services has operated since 2009 and serves Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, South Oxfordshire, North Hampshire, North Surrey, Middlesex, South Hertfordshire and much of London. Alongside general repairs and new tiled, slate and flat roofs, it offers a listed building and heritage roofing service, matching tiles and slates to existing fabric and using older techniques where needed. The firm says it consults local conservation officers and works with architects and surveyors on listed and conservation-area properties. Other services include chimney stack repair, repointing and removal, lead flashing, moss removal, and gutter, soffit and fascia work, with cast iron available for period properties. It also fits conservation-style roof windows. Commercial clients include offices, sports centres, retail units and hospitals.
