Kas Lime Plastering

Kas Lime Plastering is the business of Karen Skeats, a lime plasterer working in and around Bristol. She trained with Carrington Lime and completed the King’s Foundation Building Craft Programme. She has worked with conservation teams and also takes on her own internal and external projects. Hot lime mixes are her preferred method. Recent work includes re-plastering a 16th-century cottage in Wiltshire, conserving old plasterwork in a cider barn in Malvern, and patch-repairing harled lime render on a 14th-century church in Gloucestershire. She has also made a custom decorative fireplace.
