John Ford Inglenook Restorations is a family business established in the early 1960s that specialises in the full restoration of inglenook fireplaces throughout the UK. Much of its work involves fireplaces where little of the original survives; a detailed investigation of the surviving evidence is used to re-create the opening to its original form.
