Haines Phillips Architects is an RIBA Chartered practice formed in 2007 by the merger of two award-winning firms, Andrews Downie and Partners and Knight Phillips Architects. Based in central London, it provides the full range of architectural services, working principally in London and the South East, with particular experience in Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. Projects span private houses, listed buildings, repurposing and refurbishment, and commercial and mixed-use development.
