Folkes Architects

Folkes Architects is a family-owned practice in Storrington, West Sussex, led by chartered architects Mark and Antoinette Folkes and operating since 2002 across East and West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. Most of its work is new houses, extensions, conversions and commercial buildings, often in a contemporary style. Its stated services also include renovation work on Grade I and Grade II listed buildings and Scheduled Monuments, and sympathetic extensions to listed buildings, including a contemporary extension to a Grade II listed building. Projects have won Sussex Heritage Trust awards, including for 13 King Street, Arundel and Forget Me Not Cottage, North Chailey. Heritage work sits alongside a mainly new-build practice.
