Fine Iron

Fine Iron is a family-run blacksmithing and architectural ironwork business near Brecon, Powys, founded in 1998 by director Lee, whose career began as an apprentice working on the Kensington Palace gates. The firm designs, makes and installs bespoke porches, verandas, canopies, balconies, balustrades, gates and railings, and undertakes the restoration and conservation of historical ironwork. It works in wrought iron, cast iron, mild and stainless steel, bronze and brass, combining traditional blacksmithing with modern manufacturing, and can provide 3D visualisations before manufacture. Ironwork is shot-blasted and finished with a three-coat paint system as standard, with metallisation, including zinc, and patination also available. Fine Iron works for commercial and private clients in the UK and abroad.
