Elements is an independent damp surveying practice serving Sussex and London, working on buildings of all ages including listed and traditional houses. As surveyors rather than treatment contractors, they set out to identify why moisture is present rather than to sell a remedy. Investigations cover damp, mould, condensation, ventilation, drainage, timber condition and indoor air quality, using moisture detection and thermal imaging where appropriate, and consider how the whole building behaves before setting out practical guidance.
