Dawson Steeplejacks is a family-run steeplejack business based in Bristol. It was established in 1837 in Pudsey, Yorkshire, before the family moved to the South West. The firm works at height on everything from restoring ancient buildings to installing and repairing lightning conductors to BS EN 62305 and BS 6651. Its stonemasons carve new stone finials, pinnacles and copings to match existing work, and it maintains and regilds old and complex historic weather vanes, including birds, fish, squirrels and galleons. It works on projects across the UK.
