Davis Brickwork & Stone

Davis Brickwork & Stone is a Weymouth building business run by Jake Davis, offering brickwork, stonemasonry, restoration, repointing, landscaping and general building across Dorset. Traditional stonework is a particular focus, including building, rebuilding, repairing and repointing walls, with experience of Portland and Purbeck stone. Lime mortar and traditional methods are used on older stone buildings and historic masonry. For older brickwork, the firm sources reclaimed bricks to match size, colour and texture, and pays attention to bonding, joint profiles and detailing so repairs blend with the original. It works on domestic and commercial projects in Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester and the surrounding area.
