Celtic Stone and Conservation Ltd
Celtic Stone and Conservation is a stonemasonry business in Liskeard serving Cornwall and much of Devon. It was founded by Aaron Lumsdon, a stonemason with more than 20 years’ experience. Alongside general stonework, including structural work, walls, patios, fireplaces and dry stone walling, it regularly takes on conservation projects on historic properties, including replacing supports and beams and cutting stone to match original façades. Named projects include Burrow Lodge, built in 1885, and conservation work at Royal William Yard, Plymouth, and Peartree House. Specialist stone cleaning is carried out with ThermaTech equipment. The firm works as main contractor or subcontractor. Its founder was named Fix Radio’s Stonemason of the Year in 2022.
