Bolton Chalklin Architects is a residential architecture and interior design practice working from London and Kent. The founders draw on New Zealand origins and conservation experience gained in London’s high-end residential sector, and offer an integrated service that takes projects from feasibility and concept through to completion, with cost and programme managed alongside design. Recent work includes the refurbishment of a first-floor apartment in a former Georgian town house, restoring surviving detailing and removing later partitions; the remodelling of an Edwardian house in a conservation area on the Kent coast; and the reorganisation of a third-floor apartment in a stucco town house near Hyde Park.
