Architecture and Design Scotland
Architecture and Design Scotland is the Scottish Government agency that acts as the national centre for excellence in architecture and design. Its purpose is to grow the architecture sector for the benefit of people in Scotland by promoting the value of good design, supporting the sector and seeking strategic change, with a focus on tackling the housing and climate emergencies, increasing digital innovation and supporting public sector capital investment projects. It publishes case studies of buildings and places across Scotland, from healthcare facilities and learning environments to housing and town centres, and runs events and exhibitions, including the A&DS:SpACE venue at the Edinburgh Futures Institute.
