Arcadian Restoration

Arcadian Restoration is a building restoration business based near Telford that describes itself as a period property specialist with traditional building knowledge. A current focus is drone roof inspection, used to examine roof coverings, slipped or damaged tiles, chimney stacks and pots, leadwork and flashings, gutters and other hard-to-reach areas without first erecting scaffolding or access towers. The service is offered for period and listed properties, for storm damage checks and for buyers wanting a view of roof condition before purchase. Clients receive inspection images together with practical advice on what needs attention. The firm also shares restoration projects and traditional building advice. Contact is through Ryan.
