And Design

And Design is a small architectural and engineering practice in Bath, founded by Jenni and David Radford. David was formerly a main board director of Building Design Partnership and led major hospital projects. Jenni has worked with international practices including Buro Happold and Arup. Her experience includes small domestic and conservation projects. Recent work focuses on homes in England and France, including house renovations in Bath, a barn conversion and a farmhouse restoration in France. The practice has particular expertise in accessible design for disabled people. Conservation is one part of a broader residential practice.
