105 West Architects

105 West Architects is an architectural practice based in Redland, Bristol, working across Bristol and the South West. It handles new build schemes as well as the refurbishment and adaptation of existing buildings, and its services run through all RIBA work stages, from planning and detailed design to contract administration and site inspection. The practice states that its team has a strong track record with listed buildings, conservation and heritage work, and it names conservation and listed building work among its specialities, alongside dealing with planning constraints on difficult sites. It keeps a separate conservation section within its project portfolio. The practice says it weighs whether a traditional or contemporary design response suits each situation and works with local authorities on planning and conservation policy. Current work spans student accommodation, housing, residential and commercial projects.
