This beaded half-round gutter repair bracket is designed for the easy repair of cast iron guttering. With a threaded adjustable rise and fall cup, you can adjust the bracket to the height required. Galv/Zinc finish.
Cast iron beaded guttering repair bracket is made in four sizes: 4″, 4.5″, 5″ and 6″ gutter profiles, and will also suit the profiles made by Alumasc, Hargreaves and Saint Gobain Classical rainwater systems.
The REP/HRB is a cast iron beaded half round gutter repair bracket designed to re-support a beaded gutter run where an existing bracket has failed, corroded, or been removed. The repair bracket cup is shaped specifically for the beaded half round profile — the traditional guttering system across Scotland and northern England — ensuring correct seating without modification to the gutter itself.
The bracket features a threaded adjustable rise and fall cup in galv/zinc finish, allowing the gutter to be set precisely to match the existing fall on the surrounding run. This is particularly valuable on older Scottish and northern English properties where original bracket spacing or height is uneven, and on listed buildings where minimal intervention to the guttering is a conservation requirement.
Available in four sizes to suit the full beaded half round range: 4″, 4.5″, 5″, and 6″. The Paxton H82 accepts round, square, and rectangular pipe connections. Round: 65mm, 75mm, and 100mm. Square: 75×75mm, 100×100mm, and 125×125mm. Rectangular: 100×75mm, 125×100mm, and 150×100mm. Yes. Cast iron ornamental vents in period patterns are frequently specified on listed buildings and conservation area properties as like-for-like replacements for original Victorian ironwork. The Antique Black finish is cast iron with a blackened surface — the most historically accurate finish for cast iron ironwork and the most appropriate for the majority of heritage applications. Polished Lacquered is cast iron with a bright polished surface sealed with clear lacquer, suited to interiors and sheltered locations where polished ironwork is the specification. Polished Brass is solid polished brass throughout — the correct choice where existing building fittings are in brass or where a warm metal tone is required.
